Must be at least 16 years old

Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)

Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment

Compensation Range: $76,000.00 - $141,100.00

Pay Transparency

Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or other related technical degree required.

5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred.

2+ years of people leadership or mentorship experience preferred.

Extensive experience with Lean manufacturing principles and tools.

Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and statistical analysis software (Minitab preferred).

Experience with MRP/ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred) and PLM systems (Enovia preferred).

Strong technical writing, communication, and project management skills.

5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred.

2+ years of people leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
