Previous experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or similar settings is preferred.

Familiarity with caregiving practices for individuals with developmental disabilities or memory care needs is highly desirable.

Experience working in group homes or personal care homes is a plus.

Knowledge of first aid procedures and emergency response protocols is beneficial.

A background in social work or direct support roles will be considered an asset.
