Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field (or 2-year technical degree with relevant experience).
3-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment preferred.
Welding, Machining, and Fabrication OR Electronic Assembly experience preferred.
Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment, layout, and material flow principles.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings/specifications and translate requirements into robust manufacturing methods.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
CAD/design capability (Autodesk preferred; Vault a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using data to prioritize and validate improvements.
Effective communication and collaboration across production, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
Ability to work with urgency, manage multiple priorities, and drive solutions to closure.
