Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources experience, preferably in hospitality, gaming, or high-volume staffing
Must possess a valid Driver's License
Be able to travel to off-site recruitment events regularly
Ensure all hiring and recruitment activities strictly adhere to Native Preference policies, Tribal Gaming regulations, Tribal policies, federal laws, and any state laws formally adopted by The Tribe
Must be able to sit for long periods of time with moderate amounts walking and standing
Must have a good sense of balance, and be able to bend and kneel
Must be able to push, pull and grasp objects routinely
Must have the ability to independently lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
Must have good eye hand coordination
