This is a full-time, on-site role in a fast-paced, team-oriented restoration environment.

The position requires occasional after-hours availability to respond to emergency situations, which may involve on-call support or site visits.

5–8+ years of leadership experience in restoration, construction, or a closely related industry.

Restoration industry experience, with a strong understanding of mitigation, cleaning, and reconstruction operations.

Management or supervisory experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with the Rochester restoration market and established relationships with industry stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, adjusters, property managers, and internal teams.

Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Demonstrated ability to drive results while building and sustaining a strong team culture.

Excellent organizational skills with a focus on process, documentation, and compliance.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift 50+ pounds as needed in support of field operations.

Degree in Business or Construction Management, or 5–8+ years of operations experience in the restoration industry.

Experience in operations management, supervision, and project management within remediation or restoration projects.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and referral partners.

Comfort working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with evolving processes and priorities.

IICRC certifications such as WRT, ASD, and FSRT are strongly preferred.

Experience using Xactimate or similar estimating software is a plus.
