Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The hourly pay for this role will range from $18 - $32 per hour based on full-time employment.

We offer 6 weeks of on-the-job training.

This position is full time, Friday - Monday.

Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 10-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm CST.

It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

The hours of training will be 7:00 am - 3:30 pm CST, Monday - Friday.

High School Diploma / GED

Must be 18 years of age OR older

1+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting

Experience working with medical records

Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (create, edit, save documents and spreadsheets) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)

Ability to train for the first six weeks between Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm CST

Ability to work full-time, Friday-Monday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 10-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm CST

Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)

Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.
