High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of warehouse, material handling, inventory control, manufacturing, or quality inspection experience preferred.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and quality inspection processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and inventory software.
Ability to interpret work instructions, specifications, and drawings.
Understanding of quality standards and inspection techniques.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization.
Must pass background and drug screening.
