Highschool diploma or GED.
Journeyman experience or the completion of an apprenticeship program
Knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and industrial equipment.
Awareness of national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations.
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents.
Strong communication skills and ability to take management direction
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Motivated self-starter who can manage projects and make decisions.
Must be able to understand and make decisions based on technical documents, such as blueprints, schematics, or instructions.
Will be able to perform physically demanding tasks, such as heaving lifting, climbing ladders, crawling, etc.
Ability to determine load and load limits on electrical service.
Readily accepts and acts on directions from Supervisor.
Excellent attendance.
