High School Diploma or GED required.
Demonstrated reliability, including consistent attendance and punctuality.
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety rules and regulations.
Ability to learn and apply machine operating procedures, methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in semi-skilled work.
Capability to follow oral and written instructions and perform basic arithmetic calculations.
Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays, as needed.
Physical ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
Blueprint reading skills are a plus.
