Considerable knowledge of plant operations with particular emphasis on techniques and equipment for area involved.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints or work objectives.
Completion of a standard high school education supplemented by course work in drafting, industrial technology or related areas, and 4-5 years experience in plant operations and supervision; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which results in the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
