Bachelor of Science in composites, mechanical, civil, structural, chemical, aerospace, naval architecture, or another related engineering discipline.
Three to six years of experience performing similar engineering duties.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;).
A current U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
Walk, stand, and move throughout a manufacturing or warehouse environment during the workday.
Occasionally to frequently lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Perform physical activities that may include bending, stretching, lifting, stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, reaching above the shoulders and head, working in enclosed areas, and climbing stairs or ladders.
Possess the visual ability necessary for close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjusting focus.
Wear required personal protective equipment, which may include safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, a respirator or dust mask, protective footwear, and protective clothing or uniforms.
Work in environments that may include low to moderate noise, hot or cold temperatures, and dusty conditions.
Work occasional overtime or nonstandard hours, including nights and weekends, when required.
