Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience with progressive responsibility.
Proven ability to manage complex, long-cycle sales opportunities and influence project specifications.
Strong understanding of construction, development, design, and specification processes.
Demonstrated success building relationships with executive-level decision makers and industry influencers.
Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
