Ensures conformance to specifications utilizing CMM, height gauges, micrometers, and other precision measuring devices to adjust tools, to produce drawing specified dimensions and ensure overall quality
Ability to schedule jobs to achieve the maximum unmanned machine hours
2+ years of experience in the injection mold industry
Knowledge of electrical wiring schematics
Ability to set up and locate parts per instructions
Must demonstrate strong organizational skills with close attention to detail, consistently following established quality and safety standards
Be willing to work to ISO / QS 9000 standards and have a commitment to continuous improvement
Good math skills
Understand and practice safe working methods
Skilled in conducting inspections and utilizing precision measuring devices to maintain product quality
Must demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the company
Capable of performing physical tasks including pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
