Project Management Experience
Familiarity with destructive and non-destructive testing
Robotic welding programming and implementation
Experience with GMAW is required. GTAW experience is a plus.
4 year ABET accredited Engineering Degree (Welding or Welding Technology is strongly preferred)
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time.
Understanding of how to utilize precision measurements.
Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Solidworks, and E-mail
Ability to teach, develop, document, update, and improve work processes
Candidate must be able to travel 10% of time.
Understanding of Toyota Production System/Lean Manufacturing concepts and goals.
Develop and evaluate Engineering Change Request (ECR)/Engineering Change Notice (ECN)/Special Manufacturing Instruction (SMI) proposals/processes for production, including design improvements, and prototyping.
