3+ years of Project Management experience in construction required
Experience managing multifamily, student housing, senior living, mixed-use, or commercial projects.
Strong understanding of construction means and methods.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Experience working for a framing contractor, carpentry contractor, or specialty subcontractor.
Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
Direct wood-frame construction experience.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
