Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, IBP, S&OP;, or operations leadership, within complex global organizations.
Demonstrated success leading enterprise‑wide IBP or S&OP; transformations, including process redesign and operating model changes.
Strong hands‑on expertise with SAP IBP, including multiple module implementations or large‑scale enhancements.
Experience leveraging AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics in planning, forecasting, or decision‑support applications.
Proven ability to present to and influence Executive Leadership Teams and Boards of Directors.
Track record of delivering measurable business value (service improvement, inventory optimization, cost reduction, resilience, team leadership).
Demonstrated ability to attract, retain, and develop top‑tier planning, analytics, and digital talent in competitive markets with. proven success building high‑performing team including planners, leaders, and analytics professionals.
Strong financial acumen and experience integrating planning with financial outcomes.
