Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Four year's experience in the housing industry
One to two years related experience and/or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
Basic computer skills required
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
Be able to work overtime, weekends, and night hours (emergencies)
Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
Move about to accomplish tasks, or move from one worksite to another
Ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, step stools, and the like
Move self into different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces
Work in an overhead position and reach
Adjust or move objects of up to 25 lbs. in all directions
Lift and place objects up to 25 lbs.
Operate machinery or power tools
Operate motor vehicles and/or golf carts
Work in extremely low or high temperatures
Work in outdoor environments such as precipitation and wind
Work in small and/or enclosed spaces
Traverse flat and non-flat terrain
Be exposed to hazardous chemicals
Must have reliable transportation due to the emergency on-call requirement
