Must have strong technical skills in engineering (design and industrialization), knowledge about quality management like root cause analysis or statistical process control.
B.S degree in a related technical field (e.g.: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer/Technology, Aeronautics Engineer, or Electrical Engineer) or an Associate degree with 6 years related experience or 12 years of job related experience
Must have basic knowledge of production methods, process capabilities, tooling processes, and manufacturing processes
Must have basic knowledge of manufacturing and related operations with detailed knowledge of such fields as product design, engineering function, tool design, tool fabrication, ergonomics and EHS, space layout, handling equipment, production machinery and equipment, N/C machinery and equipment, factory methods work, etc...
Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office software and Operating Systems
Must have the ability to generate written communication and to operate required office equipment.
Speech and hearing abilities that allow individual to communicate clearly and distinctly in English.
