Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday through Friday

High School diploma or equivalent

Required: 0-3 years' experience in manufacturing environment

Desired: Experience with clean room manufacturing

Salary Range for this position - depending upon skills and experience - $25 - $35

Basic ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and specifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics

5 years in manufacturing materials management, including significant experience launching new and sunsetting products

APICS certification

A minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience as a Store or District Manager in dynamic, high-volume environments, who has successfully managed and driven significant sales revenue

Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team, with strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills

Strong leadership skills focused on collaboration, problem-solving, and empowering diverse teams to make effective decisions

Compensation for this position ranges from $34 - $38/hr. based on education and experience

Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a related fabrication, production, or manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of fabrication duties, including welding, lead bonding, and painting

Prior supervisory experience managing a team of 4-5 fabrication employees

Experience providing daily direction on work assignments, along with coaching, training, and guidance on safety, quality, and company policies

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)

Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, aerial lifts, forklifts, and overhead cranes

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for most of the workday

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Some travel (less than 10%) may be required to support installations

Lead orientation and training for new employees
