The successful candidate should be comfortable discussing and shaping AI agent solutions.

Ability to support partners and customers in defining practical implementation approaches for AI agents.

Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Strong Microsoft knowledge preferred

Microsoft Certified Frontier Transformation Engineer is strongly preferred.

Customer-facing experience is preferred

Additional Microsoft certifications would be a plus.
