Applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government
BS Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Material Science or Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university
2-5+ years' experience with additive machines (powder bed or binder jetting a plus), including parameter development and process control
2+ years of experience in Siemens NX, or similar 3D CAD software is required
Experience with additive simulation software and topology optimization software
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Proficient GD&T; knowledge and the ability to think 3-Dimensionally
Hands-on experience with various additive and subtractive manufacturing and joining techniques for metals and polymers
Customer service / interaction experience
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
Valid Driver's License
Able to pass full background check
The use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toe shoes, and other mandatory safety equipment
Visual acuity (corrected) to read directions and drawings and to inspect machined parts closely
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate machinery for precision work
Able to lift 35 lbs. independently
Ability and comfortability to work in small confine spaces while following proper safety protocol
Ability to accomplish the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
