Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.

7+ years of manufacturing, operational excellence, or continuous improvement leadership experience.

Experience leading plant-wide transformation initiatives.

Strong understanding of manufacturing flow, factory design, and material movement optimization.
