Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
Must be willing to travel for project assignments for up to two (2) consecutive weeks at a time, as business needs require.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, DOT physical examination, and drug screen.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, overtime, and overnight travel as needed.
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive physical labor throughout the workday.
Reliable transportation to and from designated reporting locations.
Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
Walk on uneven terrain and active construction sites.
Climb ladders and work around heavy equipment.
Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including a hard hat, high-visibility safety vest, eye protection, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
