Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (may consider a closely related degree).

5 yrs technical experience (3yrs with MS) in Infrastructure electrical design and construction

Broad electrical engineering experience in at least one of these areas: high voltage substation design, facility electrical supply, and/or electrical hardware (motor and pump) integration.

Working knowledge of, and ability to correctly interpret applicable codes and standards.

Working knowledge of electrical design software (AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, MATLAB, etc.).

Professional Engineer License

Skilled in principles of facility construction/sustainment activities

Knowledge of Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), Unified Facilities Guide Specification (UFGS)

Familiarity with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes 70, 780, 79.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
