Employees must successfully complete all required training, including applicable proficiency, licensing exam(s), Motor Vehicle Recrd (MVR) checks, and background checks required of various state(s).

Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Risk Management, Insurance, Business, Construction Management or a similar discipline

Customer service experience (e.g., assisting customers, handling inquiries/concerns professionally, communicating clearly and empathetically), demonstrating transferable skills that support client interactions in a Claims environment

Understanding of property insurance concepts, including coverage fundamentals and general claim handling practices

Baseline knowledge of residential and commercial building construction and building components/materials

Familiarity with water mitigation principles and inspection processes

Working knowledge of Xactimate and XactContents

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience with progressive responsibility.

Experience with CRM platforms

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferably Salesforce.

Experience selling to multifamily, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use developers.

Knowledge of architectural, engineering, and design specification practices.

Experience within the building products, construction, plumbing, design, or related industries.
