A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical trades, with a proven track record in leadership roles
Mechanical Trades Supervisor
Prior experience in construction, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing fields
Strong budget management skills and ability to oversee complex financial plans and contractual agreements
Ability to develop and implement short- and long-term plans with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, energy efficiency practices, and sustainability initiatives

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business Administration and at least 3 years of responsible management and supervisory experience involving planning and directing of staff performing accounting, claims, resource and/or related tasks
Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered two-year college with an associate's degree in accounting or business administration and at least (5) five years of responsible management and supervisory experience involving planning and directing of a staff performing accounting, claims, resource and/or related tasks
Graduation from a senior high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma, and (7) seven years satisfactory experience in accounting or business administration, three of which must have been in a responsible administrative, managerial or supervisory capacity involving planning and directing the activities of a large subordinate staff
