Experience administering and migrating VMware vSphere environments such as ESXi or vCenter, utilizing PowerCLI to support enterprise and mission systems
Experience supporting virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions
Experience supporting Cisco Brocade infrastructure
Knowledge of configuring and maintaining VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, or Storage vMotion
Ability to troubleshoot complex virtualization issues across compute, storage, and network layers
Ability to manage the VM lifecycle, including provisioning, patching, capacity planning, performance tuning, or decommissioning
Ability to support year-round and 24/7 on-call rotation for responding to critical system outages
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Associate's degree and 10+ years of experience supporting Windows Systems in an enterprise environment, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or an IT field and 6+ years of experience supporting Windows Systems in an enterprise environment
Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), or VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization 2024 v2 (VCP-DCV 2024) Certification
