Exposure to PLC programming or troubleshooting, such as Rockwell RSLogix or Studio 5000
Familiarity with HMI platforms or operator interface systems, including platforms such as C-More or equivalent tools
Basic understanding of industrial networking concepts such as Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus-TCP, managed vs. unmanaged switches, and VLAN fundamentals
Exposure to MES, SCADA, historian systems, production reporting tools, or manufacturing data collection platforms
Basic knowledge of Python or C# scripting for reporting, data extraction, or process monitoring
Exposure to robot integration or vision systems
Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, blueprints, and equipment documentation
Sufficient hand-arm-eye coordination to operate a computer keyboard and pointing device
Visual acuity to see moving objects, read words, letters and drawings
Sufficient auditory ability to carry on conversations over the phone and in person, and project voice in a noisy manufacturing environment
