1+ year of demonstrated experience with the operation of manual and computer-controlled punching, cutting, forming machines, or press brakes.
Ability to use hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as scales and calipers.
Basic knowledge of machine controls and programs.
Ability to read blueprints
Basic computer skills with the ability to review and respond to requests via internal applications.
Basic math skills with the ability to calculate quantities, weights, and measurements.
Respirator certification will be required.
Standing: All tasks are performed in a standing position with intermittent walking.
Lifting: Frequent lifting of parts and materials ranging from 5 lbs. to 40 lbs.
Walking: Occasional walking moderate distances within the production area.
Carrying: Frequent carrying of parts and production materials.
Pushing/Pulling: Occasional pushing and pulling of carts, pallet jacks, plating equipment, and other material handling equipment.
Bending: Frequent bending and crouching to safely handle parts of various sizes and shapes.
Reaching: Continuous range of motion, including reaching above shoulders and below knees.
Handling: Continuous handling of parts ranging from small components to larger assemblies.
