Ability to create, update, and improve work instructions supporting production methods
Ability to move throughout the facility, including standing and walking
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree with approval from the Vice President of Manufacturing - BMA
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
Primarily a manufacturing plant environment with some office exposure
