High school diploma or GED.
3-5 years of quality inspection experience in electronics or electro-mechanical manufacturing.
Working knowledge of IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and J-STD-001 workmanship standards.
Proficient with precision measuring instruments and microscopes.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions.
Experience writing NCRs and performing First Article Inspections.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality systems and ESD control practices.
Comfortable entering data in ERP/MES systems; basic Microsoft Office skills.
Manufacturing floor environment; must follow ESD and safety protocols, including required PPE.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform detailed work under magnification.
Good near vision and color perception (with or without correction).
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
