B.S. or M.S. in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field
8+ years of experience with electronics manufacturing and assembly in aerospace or other highly-regulated industry
Ability to make significant improvements to manufacturing processes to optimize for efficiency and/or quality.
Demonstrated project leadership experience through inception and implementation of productivity and cost-savings initiatives.
Proven problem-solving expertise through the application of various root cause analysis (RCA) methodologies (e.g. 8D, A3, DMAIC, etc.).
Strong peer-leadership and mentorship skills.
CAD proficiency in programs such as Creo, SolidWorks, or similar software.
A self-starting, highly accountable, and detail-oriented approach to owning challenges and solutions.
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and be empowered to innovate and implement change.
Ability to effectively manage priorities between sustaining production, productivity initiatives, and new product development for self and junior engineers.
