High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 1 year of working experience in general building repair and maintenance, including basic plumbing and electrical work
Valid state driver's license in good standing
Physical ability to lift minimum 80 lbs, use ladders up to 30 ft, work from heights, and climb ladders with 300-lb weight limit while carrying 20-lb tool bag
Ability to work outdoors, in mechanical/equipment rooms, and in extreme weather conditions with regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and heavy equipment
Regular and predictable attendance to support team and client needs
