5+ years of experience in Mechanical, Plumbing, or Electrical sales, retrofits, or related project management.
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Comfortable climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Travel expectations – Weekly as needed
Ability to climb ladders and work in rooftop environments with exposure to seasonal temperatures.
Proficient in Microsoft O ice and CRM tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Clear verbal communication and active listening.
Working knowledge of Mechanical, Plumbing, or Electrical systems.

Option B: Current Water or Wastewater Operator Certification and a minimum of 5 years of experience in operating and/or managing community environmental management systems
OR
Must be authorized to work in the USA
Deliver high degree of accuracy with attention to detail in work products
Must maintain a valid driver's license, have reliable transportation, an acceptable driving record, and at least the state minimum personal liability auto insurance coverage
Understand basic financial statements, operational and capital improvement project budgeting
Option A: Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, social sciences, management, public administration or related field preferred and 1 year experience
Effectively communicate in both written and verbal formats
Deliver results in an environment with a high degree of self-directed time management and project management
