High School Diploma or GED required

Proven ability working on strategic projects that have a longer-term focus.

Experience in business development or developing customer accounts into more engaged and VIP customers.

Previous experience of preparing professional sales presentations and quotes for customers.

Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite and smartphones.

Must maintain a professional business appearance in accordance with Hilti North America dress policy at all times.

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Three (3) year prior experience working directly with customers preferred (face-to-face).

Demonstrated success as a Hilti Account Manager or developing key customer accounts preferred.

Extensive experience with Salesforce.com platform preferred.

Some experience with reading and understanding construction documents preferred.
