Experience holding tight tolerances
Setup and operate CNC swiss lathe machines
Read and interpret blueprints
Properly use calipers, verniers, and thread gauges
Properly and safely load and unload machines
Trouble shoot and diagnose machine performance and ensure produced parts meet specification
Make appropriate offsets and adjust tools
Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machines
Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions
Read and understand job instructions both verbal and written
Ability to perform basic mathematical computations
Must be capable of lifting, pulling, pushing, or carrying up to 30 lbs
Must stand, walk, or bend for extended periods of time
