3+ years of desktop support, help desk, or end-user support experience.

Experience providing executive-level or white-glove support to VP and C-suite stakeholders.

Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, PCs, Macs, and printers.

Experience supporting AV technologies, conference rooms, and video conferencing solutions.

Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN connectivity, and wireless networking.

Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.

Familiarity with ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing systems.

Experience supporting executive conference rooms and hybrid meeting technologies such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, or Webex.

Prior experience working in a corporate enterprise environment supporting senior leadership.
