High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience in a quality, inspection, manufacturing support, or documentation control role preferred.
Ability to use a wide range of measuring and inspection devices, including calipers, optical comparators, electronic measuring equipment, and other precision tools.
Ability to analyze and interpret technical information, drawings, specifications, procedures, and quality documentation.
Experience collecting data, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
Ability to write new procedures and revise existing procedures.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, databases, customer portals, Enovia, Omnex, and other business systems.
Experience with internal auditing preferred.
Experience supporting customer audits and AS9100 quality system requirements preferred.
Ability to document PPAP supporting documentation preferred.
Experience with customer returns, corrective action systems, or ATR systems preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support cross-functional problem solving.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate a high level of integrity.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
Willingness to support production needs, quality initiatives, audits, training, and special projects as required.
