Minimum of High School or GED required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience required in a sterile processing department.

Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) from CBSPD Program or Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) from Healthcare Sterile Processing Association required.

Intermediate computer knowledge: Uses Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows

Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and the refrigeration cycle.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, rooftops, and in tight spaces.

OSHA 10 or 30 certification.

NATE certification or equivalent technical credential.

Knowledge of VRF/VRV systems, chillers, or boilers.
