This position requires an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance to be considered.
A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents.
You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.
Must have OSHA 30-hour General Industry training
At least 5 years of safety experience
A practitioner-level certification from a nationally accredited body (e.g., BCSP, ABIH, or equivalent)
High school diploma or equivalent required.
OSHA 30-hour General Industry course completion required.
Minimum 5 years of safety and occupational health experience in industrial, production, maintenance, logistics, or similar operational environments.
Demonstrated experience leading safety inspections, enforcing SOPs, and driving corrective actions
Basic computer proficiency and ability to work within site systems as required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance required for access to the Depot Production Computer System.
Frequent walking/standing and inspections in industrial environments.
Ability to wear required PPE and work in areas with noise, dust, heat/cold, and moving equipment consistent with depot/production operations.
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
