3+ years of instructional design experience in corporate training, L&D;, or franchise/field-based environments.
Experience designing multi-modality learning (on-demand, ILT, blended).
Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, etc.).
Understanding of LMS structure, content governance, and metadata best practices.
