Experience owning multi-year strategic roadmaps, not only executing predefined scopes, and aligning long-term infrastructure investments with business objectives.
Knowledge of power, electrical, and cooling infrastructure such as UPS, PDU, ATS, and HVAC systems.
Experience in data center, fulfillment center, or logistics infrastructure environments, with familiarity in large-scale, mission-critical operations.
Experience managing third-party vendor and contractor programs, including field deployment models and performance oversight.
Familiarity with high-growth, fast-paced technology cultures and tooling ecosystems, including structured cabling, edge compute, and automation solutions.
Experience mentoring or developing other program managers, helping them improve delivery, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
Agile or Lean Sigma certifications, with the ability to apply iterative, continuous improvement and lean principles to program delivery.
Experience in electronics manufacturing, new product introduction (NPI), or sustaining engineering in technical or infrastructure-related contexts.
