The expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.

Full-time position

Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or engineering related fields

3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, project planning, and process optimization

Experience leading or participating in Kaizen events

Experience with AutoCAD and Creo for floor layouts and modeling

Experience defining processes and creating flowcharts

Experience planning and executing both short-term and long-term projects

Experience with SAP (BOM and Routings) is preferred, but not required

Experience in SQL queries, Python, or other related applications for large data analytics is preferred, but not required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of one year of electrical experience required. Experience may include electrical work in construction, residential, commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environments.

Ability to maintain a steady work pace while bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working on, around, and beneath machinery

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required

Ability to provide personal hand tools and a toolbox appropriate for the position (a recommended tool list will be provided)

JR Automation requires candidates to successfully complete a 10-panel drug screen, physical examination, and background check.

Related vocational or technical education preferred

Journeyman's card preferred

Ability to obtain Hi-Lo (Forklift), Aerial Platform, and Overhead Crane certifications, as well as Lockout/Tagout training, while employed at JR Automation

Previous JR Automation experience or experience within the automation industry is strongly preferred
