Overtime opportunities are often available on Saturdays or before and after the usual weekday shift.

Candidates should have extensive prior experience using conventional lathes, mills, and EDM equipment

Ability to develop or design specifications from general descriptions and draw sketch or print of part or die component to be fabricated.

Ability to troubleshoot die issues

Ability to build, test, and debug new dies.

5 or more years of conventional Tool & Die experience.

High School diploma or GED is expected.

This position may require applicants to be U.S. Persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)), or eligible to obtain the required export authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Advanced Technical School Degree/Certifications preferred.

Hiring Range in USD from: $126,200 to $264,100 per annum.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

6-10+ years of experience in supply planning, materials planning, manufacturing coordination, or related hardware supply chain roles.

Experience supporting complex, high-tech, or cloud infrastructure supply chains.

Experience working with contract manufacturers, engineering teams, and materials execution functions.

Demonstrated experience balancing demand, supply, and manufacturing capacity in a fast-moving environment.

Experience supporting product transitions, clean-to-build analysis, or supply recovery efforts preferred.

Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand planning, materials, manufacturing capacity, and inventory management.

Ability to evaluate clean-to-build, material readiness, and supply feasibility.

Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning or similar enterprise planning systems preferred.

Performance-based with uncapped earning potential + bonuses

Target first-year earnings: $49,600 - $90,100+, depending on individual production and performance.
