Must have Associates degree or related experience
Minimum of 2-5 years converting experience
Comprehensive background, understanding, and experience with PC and Microsoft Word, Excel.
Reading, writing, computer and math/analytical skills necessary to analyze job cost data, understand production orders and quote requests, yields, etc.
Math skills should include reading measurements, the calibrations of a ruler needed to measure layout sheets, defining variation, defining acceptance criteria and run testing equipment.
Reliable and predictable attendance.
Must have mobility necessary to interact with all departments located throughout the building.
Must be able to distinguish subtle shades of color accurately in order to match samples and colorimeter.
(Munsell Color test is required.)
Reflexes must be in excellent condition for quick response time around moving machinery.
Employee must be able to react to rapidly moving parts in order to avoid serious injury to his/herself or other employee's limbs or other life-threatening injuries.
Employee must be completely alert at all times to and observe strict safety precautions around operating machinery.
