Previous leasing, property management, hospitality, sales, or customer-service experience preferred.
Multifamily leasing experience strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of Fair Housing requirements and professional leasing practices.
Experience with property management platforms such as Entrata, Yardi, OneSite, AppFolio, or similar software preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, internet listing services, and online lead-management tools.
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
The ability to travel frequently between Newbury Residential communities throughout Tennessee.
Flexibility to work at different properties and adjust assignments based on portfolio priorities.
Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends when required by leasing activity, resident events, or property needs.
