Must possess the visual acuity to operate heavy equipment and distinguish details and differences in grading and riprap placement in water as well as for safety issues and to read instruction and prepare simple records
Considerable experience in the operation of heavy equipment related to the construction of seawalls at remote locations or remote work sites
Mid-Level equipment operator shall have a minimum of 10 years of experience and at least 4 years of experience constructing seawalls or similar (bulkheads, revetments, riprap, etc.)
Must be able to perform heavy work exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally; and/or 50 pounds of force frequently; and/or 20 pounds constantly
