High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three to five years of related financial institution experience, including branch operations, member service, and sales; or an equivalent combination of education & experience (bachelor's degree plus 3 years supervisor experience).
2 years supervisory, team lead, or equivalent leadership experience required
Strong working knowledge of branch operations, transaction controls, consumer deposit and lending products, member escalations, and applicable regulatory and security requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experienced with MCIF systems or comparable platforms.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies, general understanding of network and database concepts.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to support business initiatives and community engagement activities.
Valid California driver's license required.
