High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 10 hours per shift.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements, including assembly, soldering, testing, packaging, and material handling activities.
Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate tools, equipment, and inspection devices.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, and move throughout the production area.
Visual acuity sufficient to inspect parts, identify defects, read work instructions, and perform detailed assembly work.
