Knowledge of engineering problem solving and quality techniques
Sound understanding of production, inventory, financial principles.
Strong understanding of Lean concepts and toolset
Three to Five year's work experience in manufacturing environment with focus on manufacturing engineering
Experience with Industry 4.0 tools (e.g. Automation / Additive Manufacturing / SPC / Real-time production monitoring).
Strong communication skills
Capability to conduct time studies and implement solutions for bottleneck improvements and line balancing.
Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
Project Management knowledge.
Knowledge of the financial side of the business, specifically, departmental budgets, capital planning, profit plan, and production measurement systems.
Ability to adjust priorities to meet continuously changing schedules.
Coordination of projects involving many groups such as engineering, production, quality, tool design, EHS.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
